Questions, answered
Everything below describes how imin works today. Still stuck? contact@imin.support.
01 · Tickets & entry
Where’s my ticket?
In your email seconds after paying — that one email covers every ticket in the order. Open the QR at the door and staff scan it straight off your phone.
Do I need to print anything?
No. The QR on your phone is the ticket.
02 · Payments & fees
What’s the service fee?
5% of the ticket subtotal plus €0.99 per ticket, itemised before you pay. No surprise line at the last step, ever.
Is my payment secure?
Payment is handled by Stripe and imin never sees your full card details. The total you confirm is exactly what Stripe charges.
03 · Refunds
Can I get my money back?
While your ticket is unused, yes — request a refund link and we’ll email you a short form the organizer reviews. Once you’ve been scanned in at the door, that ticket is final. The full rules are in the refund policy.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, and banks typically take 5–10 business days to show them.
04 · Finding your tickets
I bought without an account. Am I stuck?
Not at all. Recover by email sends one message with a link to every order that address bought in the last 90 days. You do not need an account for it.
What does an account actually do?
It puts every order you bought with a verified address into one list, so you stop digging through your inbox at the door. Sign in or create one — buying is unchanged, and guest checkout is not going anywhere.
I bought with a different email than my account
Those orders stay with the address that bought them. Use the recovery email above: we send the links to that address, and it needs no account at all. The links expire and reach back 90 days.
05 · At the door
What if my phone dies?
Screenshot the QR before you head out, or add the ticket to Apple Wallet where your ticket page offers it. A screenshot scans exactly like the live page.
Someone else is holding my ticket
Each QR admits one person once. Forward the ticket link to whoever is using it, and keep the rest of the order to yourself.
06 · Changes & cancellations
What if the event is cancelled?
Cancelling is the organizer’s call, and they are responsible for refunding purchases. Your tickets stay unused, so they stay refundable — you can also start it yourself from the refund page.
The time or line-up changed
Contact the organizer shown on the event page. If the change means you no longer want to go, request a refund while your ticket is still unused.
07 · Contact
A human, please.
contact@imin.support. Quote your order link or refund reference and we’ll pick it up from there. You can also read the terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy.
